~A few sneaky peeks...~

Here are a few things that will be on my stall at Rivers Meet on Sunday...
A pretty pincushion made from an old teacup and saucer covered in fabric...

A mug warmer made from a felted angora cardigan and eiderdown fabric...

...fastened with wool felt and vintage buttons
Everything Stops For Tea mug warmer, made from a felted wool blanket with handmade heart buttons.
Hope to see you there! x

  7. What a lovely blog you have. I have never seen mug warmers . . . I love them . . . you are certainly a clever lady. The pin cushion is totally adorable . . . what can I say except, "Beautiful job!!!" I am your newest follower, Connie :)
Please accept my warm invitation to visit and hopefully to follow me, too. I am looking forward to following your enchanting artful journey.

  8. Fab makes - if I was closer I'd be there :)

Thanks for the comments on our new 'home'. I think we're going for blankets over the seats rather than recovering. Just seems easier for this year. I think we'll be a mix of kitsch, colourful and vintage lovelies - all done on a budget - tis amazing what I've squirrelled away!

  9. Wishing you lots of luck for the weekend.....

  10. Very cute. I really hope that it goes well for you and the mug warmers fly off the shelves.....but not with the mugs!

  11. Love your makes Sally, the cup and saucer is so unusual. Have a brilliant time and sorry I can't make it, I'm sure all your lovely goodies will fly off the stall. x

  12. Hi Sally, I cant believe I missed it!! Unfortunately we only got home a few hours ago and I have only just caught up with my blog reading! Had a date with Barry Manilow last night in manchester and we stayed over! We will get to meet up hopefully soon X
